Accessibility statement
Our target
This website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We treat that as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit, and accessibility is checked as part of building each page rather than afterwards.
What that means in practice
- Every page has one H1, and headings describe the content beneath them
- Colour contrast meets AA ratios for text and interface components
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour alone
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
- Motion is minimal by design, and the site respects a reduced-motion preference
- Tables use proper header cells and scope so screen readers can navigate them
- Content reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling
Known limitations
[CLIENT INPUT — list any known issues honestly, with a target date for each. An accessibility statement claiming full conformance with no exceptions is rarely accurate and is worse than one that names its gaps.]
Third-party content, such as an embedded map, may not fully meet these standards. Where that is the case we provide the same information in text.
Tell us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, tell us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We will respond and give you the information you needed by another route in the meantime.
Use the contact page, or the phone number and email address in the footer.
Assessment
[CLIENT INPUT — state how conformance was evaluated: self-assessment, third-party audit, or both, and the date. Name the evaluator if it was external.]
